Individuals with heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy or anyone currently under medical care should consult a physician prior to participation in any treatment.
New Leaf BodySpa Etiquette
Your comfort and care are New Leaf BodySpa’s greatest priority. Please be on time. We suggest you arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled session and at least 30 minutes early if you plan to shower and enjoy a cup of tea before your session. You will be discreetly covered during treatments, as robes and disposable undergarments are provided.
Environment
For your comfort and well-being, smoking is not permitted in our peaceful environment. Due to allergy related concerns, no perfumed candles or incense burning will be practiced, however, pure aromatherapy oils may be lightly sensed in the spa. Please, let us know if you have any allergies so we may take precautions before your arrival. To maintain our relaxing and peaceful spa environment, the spa facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of eighteen are allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services.
Gratuities
If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15%-20% gratuity.
Cell Phones
If you choose to take cell phone calls, please turn your ringer to vibrate. If you would prefer, we will take messages for you at the front desk.
Spa Policy
Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. You can secure a reservation by phone or in person using your Visa or Mastercard. Since we strive to provide such personal services to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore, we have a strict cancellation policy. 100% of your treatment is charged to your charge card or gift certificate for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. When using a gift certificate, it must be presented with treatment or payment may be required.
